This was my first-ever experience with this sort of situation, and really only had a vague idea of what I would need to do. My paralegal was Stephanie who was knowledgable and transparent every step of the way from the time I was in the hospital for my car accident to the point of receiving my settlement checks. Will be forever grateful!!Posted on YelpDaisy W.8 June 2024Due to a somewhat serious and complicated motorcycle accident, I went online to search for a personal injury attorney. Because it was clearly not my fault, my case was an easy win, therefore 99.99% of the attorneys I talked to only care about getting me to employ them asap. They would also pretend they know about motorcycles (I know they're pretending because the stuff they're saying is highly inaccurate, honestly I could care less if they don't know anything about bikes, all I wanted was my medical bills handled and getting compensated accurately, that's all), cut me off when I'm trying to explain the situation, and don't even pay attention to what I was saying so I have to continuously repeat myself. Fortunately I came across Demas Law Group and spoke with Attorney Tim Spangler, he was very attentive, didn't just blindly give me his legal opinion based on my answers to a couple questions like the other attorneys I talked to, and only provided sound legal advice after he has gone over the police report to understand the situation fully. Unfortunately, the scale of my case wasn't big enough for his law firm, but even though I wasn't going to be his client, he still gave me very educated legal advice, and answered any questions and concerns I have without sugar coating. He then recommended me to his former colleague Attorney Matt Young, and because I had such a pleasant experience with Attorney Tim Spangler, I trusted his recommendation and met with Attorney Matt Young. Attorney Matt Young is very educated and gave no bs as well, not only is he a personal injury attorney, but he's also a police officer, so double educated with the law and how things work! He was great during our consultation so I decided to hire him as my attorney! Not only did he explained how he planned to execute my case, throughout the process he also updates me in a timely manner! Originally my case was expected to take 1.5-2 years, however he was on top of his game and has everything handled within 6 months. But just because he was quick, that doesn't mean he skimmed through and half ass-ed the process. He was very attentive and make sure I was not taken advantage of by the at fault party, nor by any medical institution who had liens on my case. You also don't have to worry where is the money going, because he provides an itemized bill on where every cent went at the end of the case, which as someone who is super detail oriented, I very much appreciate the detail-ness and transparency! Hopefully I will never get into a serious enough accident again that requires me to hire a personal injury attorney, but if unfortunately I do, Attorney Matt Young will definitely be my first choice!Posted on Yelp

Couldn't be happier with the speed and ease that ensued with the case being handled by Matt Young. Matt handled all of the paperwork and communications with the insurance company, negotiated the liens with the medical providers and kept me informed of where we were in the process.
